These changes strengthen the region position in Austria\u2019s top destinations for both, tourists and investors. Developers react to the growing property demand here and they can promise interesting profit rates. The estimated revenue from rent before taxation and after deducting operating costs should reach up to 4% of the purchase price.<\/p>\n
