Every year, the certainty of snow and long ski season attracts skiers from around the world. Austrian statistics office – Statistic Austria, recorded in last year season almost 73 million overnight stays, 1,4% more than the previous year. All accommodation facilities have also shown an increase in the number of overnight stays. The highest relative increase was recorded for commercial holiday apartments (by 5,5% to 7.83 million).
For investors, this is a clear indicator – investments into real estates in Austria with a combination of partial personal use and further rental is beneficial.
