Interest among Czechs in purchasing their own suites on the sunny coast of Spain is growing. The Spanish real estate market is seeing growth, but real estate prices remain favourable for now.
This is also confirmed by Ing. Olga Muchová from Rellox. Last year, the prices of real estate in Spain increased year-to-year by 5.6%. However, they remain 36% lower than before the financial crisis in 2006.
